Infanticide child death, death of mother and death from other diseases are the special diseases. So, frustration occurs in the life of tribal people, total death ratio of tribal people is too much, The main occupation of tribal people is farming and earning form forest. It is noticed from the survey that there are different difficulties in tribal beneficiary patients about their health an health service management.
