Summary: It is a sequel to our early book ” Reform to Transform” . The Reform book was conceived Just a little after the new government took control of the reins at centre and made its intent clear to transform the whole fabric of the country and make it find it’s right place in the comity of nations. Many people , including academicians of different hues and colours did not take these communications and dubbed them as “over ambitious”. Three years after, that is now, it is being argued by the same forces that India needs to transform and transform at a little faster rate. There is no opposition to economic policies that have been formulated Or are in the lab. We look at different contours of this transformation process ,possibilities, challenges and more important collective will of the people to launch a new programme that will present a New India on a platter.
