520 _aAccording to this study migraine headaches are a common type of headache that is described as a severe throbbing pain on one side of the head. The pain is usually located in the temple, forehead, or back of the head. Nausea or vomiting is often present with the headache. Patients with migraines may experience warning signs, such as seeing flashing lights or having blind spots in their visual field, which precede the headache by about 30 minutes. However, not all migraine patients experience warning signs. Migraine is a disease that causes a significant burden to individuals, resulting in personal suffering and reduced activity. It also has a significant impact on society in terms of disease cost. Migraine sufferers experience several psychosocial difficulties, including emotional problems, reduced vitality, pain, increased disability, work difficulties, mental health issues, and social functioning problems. This highlights the need for proper management and treatment of migraines to improve the quality of life for those affected by the condition.
