The study highlights the relationship and the reasons behind the close association between the Dalit and Buddhism in Uttar Pradesh, the most populated state of Indian continent. Behind the strong association there are mainly three reasons. First, the ruling of Bahujan Samaj Party ideology of cultural change, secondly the vision of Bharat Ratna Dr B.R.
